Does life look like you always hoped it would?

Do you want to understand yourself better and strengthen your relationships?

At The Kairos Partnership we support clients with face to face and online counselling to better understand themselves and move towards a life with more gratitude, positivity and purpose.

Let's get started

WHAT WE DO

We shall not cease from exploration

And the end of all our exploring

Will be to arrive where we started

And to know the place for the first time.

- T.S Eliot

Life can be tough and we don't always know how to negotiate the curve balls thrown at us.

Even if on the outside life looks like you always hoped it would, we all have times where the struggle of balancing work, family, relationships, illness and loss, all becomes too much and can lead to overwhelm, stress and anxiety.

At The Kairos Partnership our team of professional registered counsellors can help you explore and develop insight into your situation in a confidential and non-judgemental space.

We look forward to meeting you!

Meet our team of counsellors

In counselling, success is very dependant on the relationship between counsellor and client, so it's important to find someone you can connect and feel comfortable with.

Our service is delivered by practitioners who combine professional qualifications with a warm and kind manner. They are all trained in an Integrative approach which means they can use several psychological theories in order to tailor the work to the individual.

Each of our counsellors bring a unique set of skills and expertise to our organisation, here's a little about them...

Amanda

I am open, caring and empathic and will work with you to unpack your story and provide a chance for you to spend important time on yourself.

I am committed to helping clients develop and deepen their insight and understanding so they can move forward with positivity and purpose in life and in their relationships.

I feel privileged to be able to work with clients wanting to explore attachment and relationship issues, childhood adverse experiences and a variety of other issues like anxiety, stress, low self-esteem and low mood.

I work in person in our Kingston and Esher practices

and online.

Katy

My approach is entirely focussed on your individual needs.

I know that counselling can seem scary at first, however my aim is to offer a confidential, caring, warm and empathic space where you feel comfortable to explore the issues that are affecting your wellbeing and impacting your daily life.

If you are feeling anxious, depressed or overwhelmed it can be difficult to see a way forward. I would like to offer my support to sit alongside you to work through those challenges together.

I work in person in our Kingston practice and online.

Kellie

I am an integrative counsellor who draws on a range of approaches tailored to your individual needs. Perhaps you are experiencing a significant life change or loss, which is causing you to feel anxiety, overwhelm, stress, or depression. Perhaps you feel low without knowing why, or you have been carrying something for a long time and it is weighing heavy.

I offer a safe and non-judgemental space, where you can talk and explore your issues at your own pace.

Kirsty

I will strive to support you to make changes in your life and understand what motivates you and what keeps you stuck!

We will explore whatever is on your mind, at your own pace.

I aim to support you to explore your feelings, thoughts and experiences in more depth than usually happens in everyday life. By helping you to look more closely at what really matters to you, together we can work towards finding a way forward.

I work in person in our Esher practice and online.

Nancy

My aim is to give you space to be heard, accepted, and to help you find peace and clarity. You might want to address an issue here and now, or you may need space to reflect on your feelings or a past event; we work at your pace. If you experience feelings of overwhelm, grief, anxiety, lack of direction; or you are facing work-related or relationship issues; whatever life is throwing at you, I provide a safe, caring environment to work with you to help you find a clear path ahead.
